Shipping + Handling

 

Domestic (Mainland France) & International

SHIPMENT

-Orders are shipped from France within 1 - 3 days for ready-to-ship items and up to one week for made-to-order items. All orders are shipped by La Poste in the regular mail. Delivery times vary (estimations are listed at the bottom)

TRACKING

-Orders do not come with tracking unless you choose the tracking option at checkout (Lettre Suivie for France, and International Tracked for worldwide).

-Unique items, items over $40, and multiple item orders are required to ship with tracking, except in unique circumstances which will be specified in the item description.

-If buying as a gift, I highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option.

DELAYS (Postal Service & International Border Inspections)

-International packages are subject to undergo a Customs Border Inspection which may cause unexpected and sometimes lengthy delays. Please understand that there is no way to contact nor rush the customs border patrol service.

-I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service nor the customs border inspections and will not give refunds/cancellations for items that arrive late due to either service. Problems in delivery are best resolved by contacting the customer service of your countries postal service.

LOST ORDERS

-Orders that are shipped without tracking and are lost/damaged in the mail will receive a replacement— no refunds will be given for items claimed as lost if they are not shipped with tracking! When a replacement is not possible, a shop credit will be given.

**Orders without tracking will be considered lost when they haven’t arrived within: 2 weeks (France), 1 month (USA, EU, Canada, UK), or 6 weeks (Australia, NZ, Asia, S. America, Mexico) from the shipment date. These times are necessary to allow for delays in customs inspections and postal service errors.

-In the rare case that your item is lost in the mail AND has tracking, I will process a full refund if the item does not arrive within 1 month (France) or 2 months (International). If your item arrives during the second month wait period (or during the third/fourth week for France), I will refund the original shipping cost to compensate for the lengthy wait time. Tracked orders are vary rarely lost and generally find their way home even if it takes awhile!

-Orders that are returned due to a wrong address will be asked to pay an additional shipping fee. (Even in situations when the original shipping fee was “free”)

RETURNS

-All items (excluding custom made items) may be returned for a full refund of the item price. The item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item to the specified address with a tracking number within 21 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded nor reimbursed.

-If your item arrives late and you no longer desire to keep it, you may always return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the item price (no shipping fee refunds). Same rules apply as specified above.

-If your items arrives damaged, you must contact and send photos within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll chat and see what the best option will be for your situation!

France: 2 - 4 business days

USA/Canada: 8 - 15 business days*

Australia: 10 - 21 business days*

*International deliveries must undergo a customs inspection which can potentially cause unexpected and uncontrollable delays. I appreciate your understanding during these situations!
