Learn how to make these adorable sun and cloud dangle earrings in this 50 minute wire wrapping course!
Skill Range: Beginner/Intermediate — I truly believe all skill levels can create this design, but you’ll struggle less if you have some prior experience working with wire.
🔨 Materials:
2x 9" pieces of 20g (0.8mm) wire (I recommend any soft wire like copper, silver filled, sterling silver or plated copper wire)
3" piece of 16g (1.25mm) OR 18g (1mm) wire
15" piece of either 24g (0.5mm) OR 26g (0.4mm) wire, plus an extra 2" piece
3 pieces of 20g wire, about 3" long. You can use scrap wires, these are just used to weave around
6mm yellow bead for the sun and 1 blue teardrop bead for the rain
Earring hooks
Pliers: Round Nose, Chain Nose, Needle Nose (optional)
Wire Cutters
Jewelry Hammer and Anvil/Hammering Block (optional)
