Hiking in Saguaro National Park
Hiking in Saguaro National Park
Come and share the adventure of hiking through Saguaro National Park with me!
This is definitely one of my favorite places that we visited on our roadtrip across the States in 2020! A few fun facts: Saguaro is a very special type of cactus that only grows in the Sonoran Desert. These extraordinary plants can grow up to 40ft high and live well over 150 years. Most of these cacti need at least 75 years before they can grow their first “arm.” Now once you know this info, it makes walking through this desert even more magical to know how much time it took for these cacti to form all of these different, and funny, shapes over the years. Even if a trip here isn’t in your future, it’s definitely worth doing a quick Google search for “funny Saguaro cactus” 😉
